no pennies

Due to the stop in production of pennies, Midland PSD will no longer give out pennies in change, effective 11/20/2025.  Instead, your account will be credited for the pennies.

Ex:  If you bill is $30.21

Pay $30.25, your account credited $30.25.

Pay $30.30, your account credited $30.25 with $0.05 change given.

Pay $31.00, your account credited $30.25 with $0.75 change given.

Check and card payments are accepted for the exact amount credited.
