The board and staff at Midland PSD is happy to announce that the links and software is now installed and online bill payment is now available.

     Customers must be registered in order to use the online bill pay option.  This can be done by using the [Click Here to Register] button and following the online instructions.

     After registering, a customer may use the green [Pay Your Bill Now] button to pay their bill.  This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

     Midland PSD also now offers the option of automatic bank draft, a real "set it and forget it" option.  Automatic bank draft is processed on the 15th of each month (or the first business day after).  You will still recieve a monthly statement, USPS or email.  Stop by our office with a voided check, or bank information, to sign up for this option.
