Auto Payment (Automatic Bank Draft) is now available.

Midland PSD now offers automatic bank draft, a real "set it and forget it" option for paying your monthly utility bill. You never have to worry about whether you remembered the water/ sewer bill again. Automatic bank draft is processed on the 15th of the month, or the first business day after. You will still receive a monthly statement by USPS or email. Stop by our office, drop off a voided check, or bank information, to sign up for this convenient option.
