Online Bill Pay
A popular choice among the "Tech-savvy". Online bill pay using our website is a secure way to pay your bill from the comfort of your own computer or mobile device. Additional charges will apply as listed on the bill pay site. Please click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button to pay your bill. Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply stop by our office to fill out the ACH information, you will need your bank account informaton.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Midland PSD accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card payments by phone. There is no additional charge for payments made by card.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office at the four-way stop in Glenmore. (127 Savory Street) We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Our drive up window is available during business hours. After hours drop slots are located in our office door and beside the drive up window.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account and then issue a check to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to ten business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
